  • Identify dependency — kalau OTA >70%, hotel terlalu bergantung, perlu push direct booking
  • OTA cost analysis — OTA commission 15-25%, kalau revenue OTA tinggi, biaya komisi tinggi
  • Marketing ROI — naikkan budget di source yang booking value tinggi (mis. corporate via CRM)
