• Loss Rate — % vs total inventory

Low Stock Alerts

List item yang current stock < threshold.

Trend Chart

Stock level per item per tanggal, untuk identify trending downward (perlu order baru).

Use Case

• Procurement planning — kalau usage tinggi & stock rendah, order new linen
• Loss control — kalau lost rate >5%, perlu investigate (HK theft, tamu bawa pulang, dll)
• Laundry vendor SLA — kalau avg days in laundry >2 hari, vendor terlalu lambat
• Inventory write-off — annual review damaged items untuk write-off accounting

Tips

• Stock opname rutin (mingguan) untuk reconcile system vs physical
• Threshold realistic — set per pattern usage actual
• Cost tracking — kalau ada cost gathering per linen, accounting bisa amortize
