Konsep
Yield = optimal trade-off antara Occupancy (kuantitas terjual) dan ADR (harga per unit).
Tinggi Occ + Tinggi ADR = Optimal (maksimalkan revenue)
Tinggi Occ + Rendah ADR = Underpriced (bisa naikkan rate)
Rendah Occ + Tinggi ADR = Overpriced (perlu diskon)
Rendah Occ + Rendah ADR = Worst case (perlu strategi rebuild)Filter

Pace booking + ADR → kalau pace lambat tapi ADR tinggi, mungkin terlalu mahal untuk demand.

Tips
- Yield Management = ilmu maximize revenue dari fixed inventory. Hotel tradisional sering rate fixed, miss revenue opportunity
- Anchor metric RevPAR — kalau RevPAR naik bulan-ke-bulan, yield improving
