Konsep

Travel Agent (TA) ≠ OTA. TA biasanya:

• Punya kontrak negotiated rate (lebih murah dari rack rate)
• Booking via phone/email (manual entry FD), bukan online
• Komisi dibayar ke TA setelah tamu stay
• Bill-to-Company atau direct payment

Tips

• Tag company dengan type=travel_agent di Companies untuk masuk ke report ini
• Contract Rate untuk TA di Rate Plan dengan contract_company_id — pastikan benar set
• Komisi tracking — manual config di Companies (% commission), atau hardcoded di kontrak
• Komplemen dengan Contract Rate Report untuk detail rate vs realisasi
