Path menu: Laporan → Operasional → Occupancy Report (/reports/occupancy)

Filter

• Periode — date range
• Tipe Kamar (multiple)
• Group By — daily / weekly / monthly
• Method — time_weighted (default) / transactional (kalau Day-Use aktif)

Output

Summary

• Avg Occupancy % — periode
• Peak Day — tanggal occupancy tertinggi
• Lowest Day — tanggal occupancy terendah

Daily Tabel

• Date, Total Rooms, Occupied, Available, Occupancy %, Day-of-Week

Trend Chart

Line chart per group_by period, dengan reference line target occupancy (kalau di-set di setting).

Day-of-Week Pattern

Avg occupancy per Senin/Selasa/.../Minggu — identify weekly pattern.

Day-Use Awareness

Kalau periode include hari yang ada day-use booking, summary tampil:

• Time-Weighted Occupancy (max 100%)
• Transactional Occupancy (sold-room-nights basis, bisa >100%)

Use Case

• Performance benchmark — compare YoY, MoM
• Staff scheduling — high occupancy days = need more FD/HK
• Maintenance planning — schedule renovation di low occupancy periods
• Marketing campaign — push promo untuk weekday yang occupancy rendah

Tips

• Industry standard ~70% healthy hotel
• >90% sustained = consider expansion (build more rooms) atau dynamic pricing
• <50% sustained = serious problem, need strategic review
• Pair dengan Forecast Report untuk planning ahead
