Use Case

• Negotiate commission dengan OTA berdasarkan production volume
• Identify low-performing OTA — kalau ada OTA produksi rendah tapi commission tinggi, pertimbangkan delist
• Forecast OTA dependency — high dependency = risk kalau OTA contract change

Tips

• OTA Booking ID harus di-input saat reservasi create (atau auto dari channel manager integration) untuk traceability
• Commission rate belum ter-track per OTA otomatis — manual config di Companies (treat OTA as wholesaler) atau hardcode
