  • Periode — date range (cancellation_date)
  • Source, Tipe Kamar, Reason Category

Output

Summary

  • Total Cancellation — jumlah
  • Cancellation Rate — % dari total reservasi periode
  • Refund Total — yang sudah di-refund (kalau prepaid)
  • Net Loss — kalau refund > deposit retained

Tabel Detail

No. Reservasi, Tamu, Original Check-in, Cancel Date, Days Before Arrival, Reason, Refund Amount.

Breakdown

  • By Reason: change of plans / found cheaper / weather / illness / other
  • By Lead Time — same day / 1-3 days / 4-7 days / 8+ days before arrival
  • By Source — OTA biasanya highest

Use Case

  • Pattern detection — mis. cancel rate naik saat ada event force majeure (bencana, pandemic, dll)
  • Cancellation policy review — kalau >10% rate, mungkin policy terlalu lenient
  • OTA fee tracking — kalau OTA charge cancellation fee ke hotel, track di sini

Tips

  • Reason wajib — saat FD cancel reservasi, paksa input reason untuk analisa
  • Refund policy — tampilkan di public booking page jelas (mis. "Free cancellation 24 jam sebelum arrival")
  • Berbeda dengan No-Show — cancellation = tamu inform, no-show = silent
