Guest History Report

History stays per tamu — analisa loyalty, frequency, lifetime value.

Path menu: Laporan → Tamu → Guest History Report (/reports/guest-history)

Search & Filter

  • Search — by nama / email / no. identitas / telepon
  • Min Stays — filter tamu dengan ≥ N stays (mis. ≥5 untuk loyal customer)
  • Periode — date range (last_stay_date)

Output

Per-Guest Card / Row

  • Nama, no. identitas, kewarganegaraan
  • Total Stays lifetime
  • Total Spending (sum total_charges semua reservasi)
  • Avg Spend per Stay
  • Avg Stay Length
  • First Stay Date & Last Stay Date
  • Days Since Last Stay — untuk re-engagement target
  • Favorite Room Type (most-booked)
  • Total No-Show / Cancel Count

Drill-Down

Klik tamu → list semua reservasi history (chronological), dengan detail:

  • Reservasi number
  • Tanggal stay
  • Tipe kamar, no. kamar
  • Source
  • Total charge
  • Status

Top Guests

  • Top 10 by Spending — VIP candidates
  • Top 10 by Frequency — loyal customer
  • Inactive Loyal — pernah loyal tapi >180 days no stay → re-engagement campaign

Use Case

  • Loyalty program — qualify guest untuk VIP upgrade
  • Marketing CRM — segmen tamu untuk targeted email (frequent / dormant / first-time)
  • Birthday / anniversary — query stays history untuk personalized greeting
  • Pre-arrival prep — saat regular guest arrives, FD aware preferences dari history

Tips

  • De-duplicate guests dulu — same person dengan email/phone berbeda di profile harus di-merge agar history accurate
  • Pair dengan VIP Guest Report untuk identify upgrade candidate
  • Untuk In-house current, gunakan In-House Guest
