- Open / Investigating — yang masih perlu action

- False Alarm Rate — % yang ternyata bukan discrepancy beneran
Distribution per Tipe
Pie chart:
- Sleeper — biasanya highest impact (revenue loss potential)
- Occupied unsold — kerugian similar
- Status mismatch — minor, biasanya HK system sync issue
Top Rooms with Discrepancies
Kamar yang paling sering kena discrepancy → kandidat investigation:
- Mungkin pintu lock issue
- HK procedure tidak konsisten
- System data sync delay
Resolution Time
Avg jam dari open → resolved per tipe.
Use Case
- Process improvement — identify root cause systemic
- Loss recovery — sleeper case yang resolved bisa charge tamu (kalau bukti cukup)
- HK training need — kalau status_mismatch sering, perlu refresh procedure
- Audit prep — documented investigation process
Tips
- Resolution Time KPI — target <48 jam untuk close
- Sleeper case — paling urgent, potential revenue loss + security concern
- False Alarm Rate — kalau >30%, mungkin reporting standard terlalu loose, perlu HK training
