Filter

  • Periode — reported_at date range
  • Tipe Discrepancy — sleeper / occupied_unsold / status_mismatch / dll
  • Resolution Status — open / investigating / resolved / false_alarm

Output

Summary

  • Total Discrepancy count
  • Open / Investigating — yang masih perlu action
  • Resolved
  • False Alarm Rate — % yang ternyata bukan discrepancy beneran

Distribution per Tipe

Pie chart:

  • Sleeper — biasanya highest impact (revenue loss potential)
  • Occupied unsold — kerugian similar
  • Status mismatch — minor, biasanya HK system sync issue

Top Rooms with Discrepancies

Kamar yang paling sering kena discrepancy → kandidat investigation:

  • Mungkin pintu lock issue
  • HK procedure tidak konsisten
  • System data sync delay

Resolution Time

Avg jam dari open → resolved per tipe.

Use Case

  • Process improvement — identify root cause systemic
  • Loss recovery — sleeper case yang resolved bisa charge tamu (kalau bukti cukup)
  • HK training need — kalau status_mismatch sering, perlu refresh procedure
  • Audit prep — documented investigation process

Tips

  • Resolution Time KPI — target <48 jam untuk close
  • Sleeper case — paling urgent, potential revenue loss + security concern
  • False Alarm Rate — kalau >30%, mungkin reporting standard terlalu loose, perlu HK training
