- SLA Compliance Rate — % task selesai dalam expected_completion_at deadline (untuk back-to-back)

SLA Performance
Untuk back-to-back booking (Day-Use):
- On-Time — selesai sebelum expected_completion_at
- Late — selesai lewat deadline
- OVERDUE Critical — masih in_progress saat next check-in
Use Case
- Performance review monthly — bonus / training berdasarkan metrics
- Staffing optimization — kalau avg time tinggi, mungkin perlu tambah HK
- Training need — housekeeper dengan inspection_pass_rate rendah perlu coaching
- SLA tracking untuk hotel transit dengan banyak back-to-back
Tips
- Free-text assigned_to — best practice consistent naming (mis. "Andi", "Budi") supaya filter benar
- Untuk proper staff_id FK, butuh future enhancement
- Quality vs Speed trade-off — fastest housekeeper bisa tapi inspection fail tinggi = bukan good
