Filter

  • Periode — date range (task created/completed)
  • Housekeeper — filter per assigned_to (free-text di sistem v1)
  • Task Type — checkout_clean / stay_clean / deep_clean / inspection

Output

Summary

  • Total Tasks Completed
  • Avg Completion Time per task type
  • SLA Compliance Rate — % task selesai dalam expected_completion_at deadline (untuk back-to-back)

Per Task Type

  • Avg waktu cleaning per tipe (checkout vs stay vs deep)
  • Industry benchmark: checkout clean ~30 menit, stay clean ~15 menit, deep clean ~60+ menit

SLA Performance

Untuk back-to-back booking (Day-Use):

  • On-Time — selesai sebelum expected_completion_at
  • Late — selesai lewat deadline
  • OVERDUE Critical — masih in_progress saat next check-in

Use Case

  • Performance review monthly — bonus / training berdasarkan metrics
  • Staffing optimization — kalau avg time tinggi, mungkin perlu tambah HK
  • Training need — housekeeper dengan inspection_pass_rate rendah perlu coaching
  • SLA tracking untuk hotel transit dengan banyak back-to-back

Tips

  • Free-text assigned_to — best practice consistent naming (mis. "Andi", "Budi") supaya filter benar
  • Untuk proper staff_id FK, butuh future enhancement
  • Quality vs Speed trade-off — fastest housekeeper bisa tapi inspection fail tinggi = bukan good
  • Pair dengan Housekeeping Tasks untuk action management
