Analisa berapa hari sebelumnya tamu booking sebelum tanggal check-in. Penting untuk pricing strategy & demand forecasting.

Konsep

lead_time = check_in_date - booked_at_date (dalam hari).

Trend

Avg lead time per minggu/bulan, lihat shift behavior over time (mis. lead time mengecil saat ekonomi tidak stabil — orang booking last-minute).

Use Case

  • Dynamic pricing — kalau lead time pendek, demand sensitif harga, diskon dapat boost
  • Inventory planning — booking pace + lead time untuk forecast occupancy 30 hari
  • Marketing campaign timing — kalau avg lead time 14 hari, push ad campaign 2-3 minggu sebelum target dates

Tips

  • Lead time menurun = booking trend "spontan", common di hotel transit
  • Lead time naik = market more planned (resort), bisa optimize dengan early-bird promo
  • Komplemen dengan Booking Pace Report — pace = velocity booking masuk per hari
